Keep Your Light On

I’m Jan, the face and creator behind the quirky designs at “Keep your light on”, the lovely world of light up lovely stuff.

Living in a small village just south of the Lake District I have always enjoyed the great outdoors and spend my creative time in my garden “sheshed” enjoying the different seasons visiting my outdoor working space.

I’m regularly joined in the “sheshed” by Marmite and Pickle, my two crazy Jack Russells. They were the inspiration behind my initial designs to create beautiful night lights in the shape of all breeds of dogs to celebrate our relationships with our K9 furry family.

I do all breeds of dog whether they have long legs or short, tail or no tail, wire hair or smooth hair, clipped or striped or whether they are just a beautiful dog I enjoy every design coming to life in a light creation that touches our senses and creates a calmness in what can be a crazy environment at times.

Designed to keep your own light on in life I now make lots of different designs across a wide spectrum of animals, characters, themes, landmarks and stories. With over 200 designs to choose from I hope to have something for everyone but if not I’m always up for the challenge to create something new to add to the ever growing collection.
