Sam Martin is a self taught artist who loves being in the great outdoors. She walks every day and this is where the inspiration for most of her work comes from. Through her love of the countryside and walking, she sees the landscape in blocks of colour and this is reflected in her paintings.
Her original paintings are either on gallery wrapped box canvas where the image continues around the sides and there is a hook on the back so it's ready to hang on the wall or as a framed canvas, also ready to hang.
Sam uses a high quality emulsion along with acrylic paints to create these pieces of work. All paintings are signed and varnished for protection. All work is her own and all paintings, even if they are of the same place, are original.
