Cumbrian Delights, established for 13 years and part of the Lakeland Artisan family, produce award-winning, artisan preserves based in the heart of the Lake District.   All our products are naturally delicious using quality ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and handcrafted with love and care at our premises in the English Lake District in Cumbria. We are proud to have been awarded 45 Great Taste Awards over the last 8 years for our range of preserves, sauces, and relishes, which is a testament to their stunning flavours and use of fresh, key, local ingredients, which showcase the very best produce that the region has to offer.

We also offer our Lite range which are suitable for diabetics and people who are watching their sugar intake.  We use fruit sugar which is metabolised differently (fructose) and therefore does not contain glucose.  Our range of preserves are all gluten-free, dairy-free (except curds) and nut-free. Our range of preserves, chutneys, sauces, pickles and mustard will add true, fresh, flavour and delight to any meal.

Beetroot & Bell Pepper Chutney - Winner of a 1* Gold Award in the Great Taste Awards 2015. Rich and earthy, this beetroot chutney keeps the full flavour of the beetroot and the sweetness of the peppers without being hot or spicy. Great on a beef sandwich or with a Gala pie. Ingredients: Beetroot (28%), Fructose (17%), Apples, Bell Peppers (14%), Onions, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Net 205g

Cumberland Sauce - Winner of a 1 star Gold Award in the Great Taste Awards 2014. Our Cumberland sauce is a rich, fruity Lakeland accompaniment with bursts of redcurrant, oranges, lemon, port and a little mustard and ginger, the perfect accompaniment with meats, pate or cheeses. Ingredients:
Redcurrant Jelly, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Port (7%)(Sulphites), Gelling agent: Apple Pectin, Ginger Powder, Mustard Powder, Orange Extract, Salt, Black Pepper. Net 210g

Cumbrian Hot Spot - Wow, our Chilli Jam certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted, not with its 31% chillies content. Add it into stir-fries, have it on a bacon butty, some even have it on toast. Well, each to their own! Ingredients: Chillies (31%), Sugar (31%), Apples, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Pepper. Net 210g

Lakeland Pickle - Packed to the brim with dried fruits, vegetables and spices, Farmhouse pickle is more of a traditional ploughman’s or cheese and pickle chutney. It is also fantastic paired with pork pies or cheeses. Ingredients: Malt Vinegar, Onions, Soft Dark Brown Sugar (7.5%), Carrots, Apples, Swede, Prunes, Dates, Courgettes, Gherkins, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Juice, All Spice, Mustard Powder, Salt, Cayenne Pepper. Net 205g

Horseradish Mustard - This sauce is creamy and balanced by the cider vinegar. It isn't overly pungent and won't mask the flavours of the excellent roast beef that it pairs with. How about adding it to creamy mashed potatoes or a delicious roast beef sandwich. Water, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Mustard Powder (14%), Mustard Seed (10%), Horseradish (10%), Garlic, Salt, Fructose, Black Pepper. Net 195g

Sweet Garlic Pickle - 2 Star Gold Award Winner in the Great Taste Awards 2011. With 37% garlic, this is a really versatile pickle! A wonderful blend of sweet and slightly hot garlic for all the garlic lovers out there. Add aromatic flavour to Thai Curries or use as a glaze for grilled fish. Ingredients: Garlic, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar (sulphites), Apples, Onions, Rapeseed Oil, Mustard Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt. Net 200g

Spicey Mango Chutney - A taste sensation! Fruity and sweet to start with and then warms up a little on the way down with a little tickle. This chutney has so many uses; as a dip with onion bhaji or poppadoms. Or simply use it to add flavour to a meal. Ingredients: Mangos (40%), Fructose (20%), Apples, White Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Lemon Juice, Salt, Mustard Powder. Net 200g

Picalilli - A traditional medium chunky piccalilli. Salty, sour and scrumptious! This is not a sweet piccalilli, but more of a sharp and sour one. Great with pork pies and cold meats. Pile some of our piccalilli onto a delicious ploughman's. Ingredients: Malt Vinegar (barley), Cauliflower, Onions, Carrots, Beans, Courgettes, Peppers, Sugar (4%), Gherkins, Mustard Powder, Corn Flour, Mustard Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander, Cumin. Net 190g

Red Onion Relish - A firm flavoursome favourite. Fantastic with meats and cheeses, a jacket potato, or Cumberland sausage. A good helping of this is heaven. A little on a goats cheese tart really lifts it. Ingredients: Red Onions (62%), Fructose, White Balsamic Vinegar, Blackberries, Raisins, Apple Juice, Garlic, Rape Seed Oil, Salt, Gelling Agent Apple Pectin, Rosemary, Pepper. Net 205g

Lemon Curd2017 Great Taste Award one star. Sharp, creamy, rich and zingy. What more can I say? This Lemon Curd is just like how grandma used to make it. Delicious on warm scones in an afternoon or spread it inside a sponge cake. Ingredients: Fructose (39%), Lemon Juice (20%), Eggs, Lemon Zest (10%), Salted Butter, Gelling Agent; Apple Pectin. Net 210g

Chocolate Orange Curd - Winner of a 1 star Gold Award in the Great Taste Awards 2014. This delicious, creamy chocolate curd with the subtle hint of oranges achieved Food NW winner, Best Honey Curd and Cheese 2009, Best Chutney or Preserve 2009, and also Best New Product 2009. Whether you spread it on toast, serve as a dip with shortbread fingers, or even use it as a delicious filling to a chocolate sponge, this versatile treat is store cupboard staple for us! Ingredients: Fructose (42%), Eggs, Diabetic Chocolate (17%) (Cocoa Mass, Maltitol, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithins, Flavour: Vanillin), Salted Butter, Orange (9%), Citric Acid. Net 210g

Cumberland Rum Butter - Our Cumberland Rum Butter is a delicious seasonal accompaniment to mince pies and Christmas cake, but we like to eat it throughout the year. While those in the south west may like their scones with clotted cream and jam - and in fairness, we do, too - there's also something very special about a warm fruit scone topped with rum butter that makes staying in and watching the rain fall outside feel like a real treat! 195g net.

Damson Extra Jam - Winner of a 1 star Gold Award  in the Great Taste Awards 2017, also 2 star Gold Award Winner in the Great Taste Awards 2016. This is another classic Lakeland favourite. Rich with a dark colour and intense fruity flavour, this damson extra jam is fantastic spread thickly on warm scones. Ingredients: Damsons (50%), Sugar (40%), Water, Lemon Juice. Net 210g

Rhubard & Apple Jam - We won a 1 star Gold Great Taste Award for this in 2013. Another of Grandma’s favourites, this classic Rhubarb and Apple jam has a little ginger and cinnamon in the recipe just to bring out the full flavours of the rhubarb. Ingredients: Fructose (40%), Rhubarb (37%), Apples (15%), Water, Gelling Agent; Apple Pectin, Lemon Juice, Ginger, Cinnamon. Net 210g

Orange Marmalade with Ginger - Winner of a 1* Gold Award  in the Great Taste Awards 2019. Tingle those taste buds in the morning with this Orange and Ginger Marmalade. The sharpness of crystallised stem ginger and the tanginess of the oranges hitting your tongue will surprise your senses. Ingredients: Orange Pulp (38%), Sugar (38%), Water, Stem Ginger Crush (9.5%), Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent Apple Pectin, Ginger Powder (0.5%). Net 210g

St Clement's Marmalade - We won a 1 star Gold Great Taste Award for this in 2012. Oranges and lemons, the perfect citrus blast. Liven up your breakfast time with this award-winning marmalade. Commended at the 2012 World’s Original Marmalade Awards. Ingredients: Fructose (43%), Orange Pulp (24%), Lemon Pulp (18%), Water, Lemon Juice (1%), Gelling Agent; Apple Pectin. Net 210g

Strawberry Extra Jam - A classic recipe! We won a 1 star Gold Great Taste Award for this in 2013. Everyone’s favourite, rich, thick and fruity; a must for scones with jam and thick whipped cream. Ingredients: Strawberries (55%), Fructose (40%), Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent; Apple Pectin. Net 210g

Sticky Toffee Sauce - We have done it again in 2019 with a 1 star Gold Great Taste Award for this sauce.This is a delicious and super sweet sticky toffee sauce! Warm slightly and then serve drizzled on puddings, desserts or ice cream. Very naughty but oh so nice. Ingredients: Golden Syrup (67%), Salted Butter, Soft Light Brown Sugar (13%), Whipping Cream, Vanilla Essence. Net 225g
