Enamel Pendants by 830 Degrees

Enamel, Copper & Silver Jewellery - Justine of 'Art you Wear' and '830 Degrees' says all the magic happens in my shed. Whenever I want any me time I go to my shed at the bottom of my garden, turn on my kiln to 830 degrees and start playing. I learned how to make silver jewellery in 2016 but felt some colour was needed. I also love to paint so colour is very important to my sanity. An enameling course showed me how I could introduce colour with lovely packets of coloured powder. I won't show you the inside of my shed as it is chaos. There is very little planning. I just love to play.

Copper and Enamel Textured Pendant - A copper rectangle measuring 22mm x 20mm has been textured in lines from the top. Layers of white and blue enamel have been painted on to the copper and fired several times in the kiln. The top section and back has been polished into a shiny copper and a loop is soldered on the back. The pendant is attached to a rose gold plated snake chain measuring 45cm. £37

Round Enamel and Copper Pendant - This round copper pendant measure approximately 30mm in diameter. It has a loop soldered on the back with a 18in rose gold plated snake chain attached. There has been 2 layers of enamel laid down. The first is a layer of royal blue, followed by a layer of white. The white layer is drawn in to with a sharp object creating this unique, one off pattern. No two the same. £37
