Strawberry & Elderflower Jam - AWARD WINNING - A celebration of strawberries, bursting with intense flavour. The beautiful colour and incredible taste make this conserve a wonderful addition to your table. The jam is infused with elderflowers during cooking which add a fantastic touch of muscat flavour. This deeply flavoured conserve is delightful on warm scones or toast. Winner of Great Taste Award Silver 2006.
Blackcurrant Extra Jam - A welcome burst of summer flavour. Bring a burst of flavour to warm scones or still-warm freshly baked bread. The beautiful colour and incredible taste make this jam a great addition to your breakfast table on your toast or in your yoghurt. Try stirring a spoon into your roast duck pan sauces.
Gooseberry Extra Jam - A delectable jam, full of tart flavour. A more unusual flavour of jam, but still absolutely delicious and the favourite of one of our three young boys. The green gooseberries turn a luscious deep red colour during cooking and make a tart yet full-flavoured jam. Add a little to your gravy for a delicious complement to roasted chicken or pork.
Presented in a jute gift bag which is reusable & biodegradable.

About Claire's Handmade - Claire’s Handmade began at home in 2003 with my mother’s treasured Aga jam pan, my grandmother’s plum chutney recipe, our Rayburn, some plums and a handful of glass jars. Our professional catering background gave us the knowledge to understand the various regulations, and Claire’s Handmade was born.
We took our Old Fashioned Plum Chutney to a local farmers’ market and customers loved it. We were delighted and inspired by the comments made that day by all the people that tasted our chutney.
It soon became obvious that we couldn’t produce enough chutney from our kitchen at home and so we moved into dedicated purpose-built kitchen. The business, in the heart of the north Cumbrian countryside on the edge of the Lake District National Park, has continued to grow and we have gained many loyal preserve-loving friends.
Over the years, we have won numerous ‘Great Taste Awards’, ‘Best Overall Preserve in the North West’ and the “Lake District Life Food Heroes Award’.
