About Temperly - "I create my own recipes and lovingly handcraft all of my products using only the finest and freshest artisan ingredients, from my Ambleside kitchen in the heart of the Lake District. How long do the chocolates last? As all of these chocolates contain fresh ingredients, they are best enjoyed within 4 weeks of purchase. Store the chocolates a cool, dark place and out of direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 54% minimum. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.6% minimum. White chocolate contains cocoa solids 28% minimum. Belgian dark chocolate couverture (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Belgian milk chocolate couverture(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Belgian white chocolate couverture (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Belgian white chocolate with caramel (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar (2%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt), pasteurised double cream (milk), unsalted butter(milk), full fat soft cheese (milk), clotted cream (milk), mango puree, passionfruit puree, blueberry puree, strawberry puree, caramelised lotus biscuits (gluten), peanuts, Madagascan vanilla pods, feuilletine wafer (gluten), maple syrup, orange zest, orange oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, pecans (nuts), chilli flakes, glucose syrup, acid (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin), sea salt, coloured cocoa butter.
