£8.00Awake Blend - This is a pure essential oil blend of rosemary, lemongrass and sweet orange. Fresh, uplifting and stimulating. Vapourise, dilute in sweet almond for massage or put a few drops into your morning bath. I've also sprinkled some around the car for long journeys. Really good to keep a sharp mind if studying.
Goodnight Blend - This is a blend of pure essential oils to encourage a good night's sleep. It includes Frankincense, Lavender, Majoram and Ylang-ylang. There are a few ways of using this - add 5-8 drops to your evening bath (after it has been run), vapourise it (approx 8 drops in water), put a drop or two on a tissue and leave by your pillow or add some to a base oil (i.e., sweet almond) 5 drops to every 10ml and then massage into your skin.
