Great British Jigsaws

UK Jigsaw Manufacturer 'Great British Jigsaws' was formed in March 2020 by husband and wife team Jason and Kathy Cornish, as a new player in the UK Jigsaw Manufacturer World.

Having successfully run The Calendar Company since 2007, the duo created a loyal customer base of artists, photographers and fundraising societies. In 2014, My Local Calendar was launched, a scheme producing high quality calendars for local photographers of their much loved towns and cities. The Calendar Company now works with over 180 photographers across the UK, each producing their own calendars year after year.

The photographers sell their calendars personally, cutting out the middleman and allowing the person behind the lens to see all the profits from the sales of their work. With a discerning eye and attention to detail, customers are always satisfied by the quality produced. 

Having only produced a few jigsaws for My Local Calendar customers in the past, and with the vast rise in the popularity of jigsaws, Jason decided to invest more energy into perfecting this product, and entering the marketplace fully, as a UK Jigsaw Manufacturer.

After much quality checking, talks with fellow print and cutting specialists, and after traveling the length of Britain searching for materials, Great British Jigsaws was launched as a new player as a UK Jigsaw Manufacturer. We now produce a jigsaw that we are extremely proud of, managing the entire process ourselves, from design to dispatch. Great British Jigsaws has improved and expanded rapidly as a UK Jigsaw Manufacturer, whilst holding onto the family business and customer service values we hold dear.

Our jigsaws are produced entirely in UK. The vast majority of jigsaws you see on the shelves are produced in Europe and China. Whilst they are also of excellent quality, we believe that in the current climate people want to buy British and support small businesses. The World is waking up to the environmental impact of importing goods thousands of miles. With our 100% recycled puzzle board you can be certain we are a company with a conscience.
  
Our print system is also environmentally friendly, as we use a digital technique which gives litho quality, without the waste paper and clean up that these presses require.
Our boxes are branded to all sides and have an anti-scratch laminate to protect the product and will keep it in good condition, so that your jigsaw puzzle can be used and loved for many years.
