Dogs don’t have a ‘best before’ date. Their love for you does not waver as the years slip past, and though it’s hard to watch them grow older, they need your love and companionship even more.
Caring for an old dog is a privilege in which we can give them the patience and compassion they require to live out their best life.
The love of a senior dog is a thing to be cherished. Their sweet old souls give us quiet companionship and the gratitude in their eyes speaks of a deep connection filled with trust and empathy. Best of all, they never stop teaching us about unconditional love, resilience and finding the joy in everyday life.

How this print was made
This print is a 2 colour linoprint hand-printed on acid free Zerkall Extra Smooth 145gsm paper.
There are just 104 prints in the edition and each one is individually signed and numbered.
The print was made with 2 lino blocks - one block for each of the 2 colours in the print. The areas to be printed were hand carved into the lino blocks. This takes many hours - especially carving the tiny letters of the poem! The yellow was printed first from one lino block using traditional oil based ink. The prints are then hung up to dry ready to print the sepia black from the second lino block over the top. It is important that the paper is placed in exactly the same position for the printing of both colours so that the two colours are aligned in the final print.
